Today is the eighth day of my smoothie challenge and boy oh boy I really liked this smoothie this morning creamy and satisfying; it can kick start the day because it is so sweet. I bet this would make a wonderful soft serve, it was a much better taste then yesterday’s oh so tart smoothie….
