Hey everyone today is a very special day! You’re going to learn how to make a budget friendly sugar free pumpkin spice latte.
This is a family tradition during fall and winter, plus this is my favorite drink. I have seen and tasted other pumpkin spice lattes and they contain way too much sugar, too much pumpkin spice. There is never have a balance of pumpkin, spice and you can’t taste any pumpkin.
Everything to make this latte is extremely budget friendly. Looking at the receipt, I spent around fifteen dollars on everything and no I did not get cheap ingredients. This latte was so easy to make. The whole recipe took around seven minutes to make.
There are so many alterations to the pumpkin spice latte. There is milk, almond milk, coconut milk; sugar, stevia, sweeter liquid drops and maple syrup. This recipe was devloped for my whole family who is insulin sensitive. When devoloping this recipe I tried maple syrup, sweetener liquid drops, and stevia. I’ll be honest, the sweetener we loved was the stevia.
Since I’m lactose intolerant like a lot of most of you. Dairy free milk is our best friend, you can use almond milk or coconut milk. I prefer using coconut milk, the coconut milk is more creamer than almond milk plus tastes great.
The flavor and the aroma of the is latte brings back the cozy feeling on a windy fall night. Plus, the taste of the pumpkin is to die for. This drink has to be one of the best drinks in the world.
