Green Tea and Kaolin clay is a wonderful mixture if you’re looking to get rid of dead skin cells and make sure your skin is nice and calm. It’s been really dry in the desert lately and I my skin has been looking pretty textured from all the windy days we have been having.
When things get pretty stressful, I like to use a calming facial mask to calm my skin down before I have a pretty bad breakout. I really enjoy a calming mask because not only do they help destress my skin, but they also calm me down so I can have fewer grey hairs. Calming Green Tea Mask Recipe:
2 tbsp. Kaolin Clay
½ tbsp. Matcha Green Tea
½ tsp. Miracle Glow Oil
½ tbsp. Glycerin
1 tsp. Lavender Oil
Calming Green Tea Mask Recipe Directions: In a medium size bowl add kaolin clay, matcha green tea mix until ingredients are combined. Once combined add glycerin, miracle glow oil and lavender oil. Mix until you get a smooth powder with no clumps. You made need a blender or a grinder to get clumps out. Once done place mask in an air tight container. Will last about six months
