We will be trying coconut oil and turmeric facial mask. This facial mask is one I was hesitant to try, because in my opinion I have had clogged pores from coconut oil. But lately I have had a bit of scaring on my skin.
I don’t know if it’s the weather or my hormones from not being pregnant anymore, but the amount of dark spots that have appeared on my skin is not the norm for me. Well after searching for a remedy on Pinterest (of course) I decided to try turmeric and coconut oil for one week.
I can say after a week my skin was much brighter, some of my dark scars did fade, but they were not completely gone. This mask does get messy! The mask drip all over my shirts and the carpet, so please be careful is you decide to try this mask. If you are fair skin it will stain your skin so make sure you use a facial toner (I used Aqua de Rosas) once you rinse the mask off your face. The Facial toner helps with the turmeric from staining your skin.

Coconut Oil and Turmeric Facial Mask is good for one application use. If you have any left it is good for one more day. Discard the unused portion and make a fresh batch. I wouldn’t recommend storing the mask in the fridge. It can be stored at room temperature if being used the next day.
