Citrus Foot Soak!
Hey all you Savvy Naturalista’s don’t you just love a good foot soak! Today we are making a citrus foot soak. This beautiful foot soak is such a relaxing way to keep your feet healthy. Mother’s Day is around the corner and you may want give her a lovely DIY gift to celebrate her always being there for you. Those hard working feet that cooked those beautiful meals for you all year long to nourish you right before and after school or work deserves to be celebrated. The feet or such an important part of the body and really need to be taken care off. A deep foot massage or foot soaks to relax them is a great way to heal the body. We carry most of the stressful day in our feet so much needed TLC is a must when it comes to the feet. This foot soak is such a great way to detoxify the feet!
This citrus foot soak is made with a natural pure sweet orange essential oils to calm your mind while your toes are soaking. The calendula petals are optional, so you don’t need them but they do add a nice effect to the water and our beneficial to the skin. The menthol crystals are not needed, but the invigorating effect that the menthol crystals add to the soak will aide in detoxifying the feet. I added miracle glow oil to the scrub for a nice moisturizer, so make sure she gets a bottle to enjoy with here lovely citrus foot soak!
Citrus Foot Soak Recipe:
2 cups epsom salt
1 cup baking powder
¼ cup citric acid
10-20 drops miracle glow oil
2 tbsps. Coconut oil
1 tbsp. Menthol crystals
2 tbsps calendula petals (optional)
Orange food coloring (optional)
