Rolled Oatmeal Scrub!
Rolled Oatmeal Scrub!
Hey you guys welcome back to my channel and another episode of DIY Saturday! Today were making this easy oatmeal scrub. I don’t know why I keep calling it an oatmeal scrub.. It actually is a rolled oat scrub. I keep forgetting rolled oats and oatmeal are two different things. Although rolled oats are used in oatmeal raisin cookies… Why do they call them oatmeal cookies. I am so confused on the whole rolled oats and oatmeal thing, but hey confusion is a good thing. To be honest I think rolled oats and oatmeal go hand in hand at this point. However I thought when you cook oats they become oatmeal and left alone they are rolled oats. I could look it up, but who has time to be looking up rolled oats versus oatmeal. I know I am still confused about the whole thing.
Well in all that confusion I am able to make this easy rolled oatmeal scrub that helps with dry skin. Rolled oats are wonderful for the skin and I love using them to make all sorts of skin care recipes. I sometimes feel that they are underrated in skin care and beauty products. This is all natural scrub that is great for all skin types, but works wonders on dry skin. I really enjoy this oatmeal scrub recipe because it’s thick, has a few sugar crystals and a wonderful exfoliant for the skin. Oats are such a versatile ingredient, that not only can they be eaten and keep you full all day long.. Your skin will love rolled oats as much as your belly does.
