Lavender Body Scrub!
Welcome to another episode of DIY Saturday! Make sure you subscribe to my channel for more DIY’s and other videos. Today we are making an easy Lavender body scrub made with sugar and pure lavender petals. But before we get into that. I wanted to let ya’ll know that I have started a few other series on the channel. I have make it Monday, and for now every other Thursday we do as seen on YouTube. Make sure you subscribe for all the new videos coming out. Now let’s get into this DIY Saturday. This Lavender body scrub is just one of my favorite scrubs to use. The sugar, coconut and miracle glow oil are some wholesome ingredients.
I have been having a hard time sleeping lately and I know it’s because I stressed over the holiday season that is about to come. My anxiety is through the roof right now and many of my nights have been pretty restless. I have been using this scrub for a few weeks and I am smitten. Lavender keeps me calm, helps me sleep at night and relives some of my stress. Lavender body scrub can be a natural way to help with all those ailments while exfoliating the skin. I have found that you can use any sugar in this lavender scrub, but granulated or white sugar works the best. Since the crystals are much finer they work better on the skin. Not only is this lavender body scrub easy to make it makes a wonderful gift for your love ones who love bath products. With the holidays approaching I hope you enjoy this easy lavender body scrub.
1 ½ granulated sugar
¼- ½ cup coconut oil
10-15 drops lavender essential oil
2-3 tbsps. Lavender petals

Your printed recipe calls for 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, however, in the video you only put in 1/4 cup. I made another recipe of yours that called for 1/2 cup oil and my bath soak turned into slush. I saved it by doubling my epson salt and other dry ingredients. I have not found it to see if you made a video and see if you made the same mistake with the recipe I made.

Are you making the scrub or the soak?? I am confused as to which lavender recipe you are talking about…. In the soak recipe I did say you may or may not need that much oil in the soak… Here is the link to that recipe it is two different recipes… http://www.savynaturalista.com/2016/09/04/lavender-bath-soak/
