Lavender Bath Soak!
Hey all you Savvy Naturalista’s welcome to DIY Saturday! Today were making a lavender bath soak! Make sure you subscribe to my channel for more DIY’s. Bath season is upon us and I have so many DIY’s to make for this bath season. We are going to start with a lavender bath soak. Lavender is one of those flowers that will always have a special place in my heart. It’s so versatile; it can be used as an herb, in cooking and of course in skincare. Lavender is such a calming flower that it will relax you and make a wonderful sleep aide. That’s why this bath soak is just in time for the cooler weather.
Most baths are taking during the fall and winter season, because the weather is much cooler and the stress of the holidays will be upon us. I can already feel holiday stress and I don’t celebrate the holidays all that much (we can talk about that at a later date) Lavender is a great stress reliever and will help calm you nerves during the stressful holiday season! Lavender bath soak will give you a great chance to relax in a nice tube of all natural lavender petals with pure lavender oils and coconut oil. This lovely bath soak will keep you nice and calm. I know the recipe calls for slsa, but if you don’t have it that’s ok (just skip it). If you love lavender DIY recipes and have a few of these ingredients lying around, go ahead and make this soak.
