Green Tea Swirl Soap Bars
Hey all you Savvy Naturalista’s welcome to DIY Saturday! Today were making green tea swirl soap bars. While I am not a professional soap maker; I was inspired to do this bar because there was a green tea soap (it was beautiful) that I use to purchase on etsy. It was one of my favorite soaps that did wonders for my skin. I am addicted to shopping on etsy because you can find really neat and unique items to purchase. I just wish some of the good sellers with unique products and great customer service would not disappear so quickly. It just breaks my heart because I have looked over pages of soap and have not found one that mimics the soap I use to buy from that seller. . I love using miracle glow oil in green tea swirl soap bar.
Now this may not be the exact soap but I hope its close enough. I used matcha green tea powder and green mica to get this soap a lovely green color. Mica’s are all natural, but if you don’t feel comfortable with using micas just skip them. I used aqua de roasas to mix the powders together and miracle glow oil to add skin softening oils to our green tea swirl soap. I really hope you enjoy making this soap with me I think it came pretty close to the one I use to get. I will see you in or next DIY Saturday. Make sure you subscribe!
Now it’s time for a recap: green tea body scrub cups, honey green tea mask, simple mani bombs, sinus headache relief shower bombs, turmeric body scrub cups, strawberry body scrub, single serving strawberry smoothie and mosquito repellent candles, mosquito repellent lotion bars, sweet orange facial clay bars and strawberry lip scrub.
