Vitamin E Infused Body Scrub!
Vitamin E Infused Body Scrub! I know! I know! this video didn’t do vitamin e oil any justice! Cut me some slack I am still a newbie to making videos. I do hope my videos get better. I am working on all-natural new product that I am releasing called miracle glow (coming soon).
It’s a blend of oils which contain all natural vitamin E oil that mimics the skins sebum which is an all natural oil we carry. Most of my soaps, mochi scrubs and body mask will contain these oils as well. But that’s here nor there at the moment so let’s talk about vitamin e oil.
Vitamin E oil is one of those oils that most people have in there cabinet and it’s great in decreasing the appearance of scars, scrapes and bruises. It aides in healing blemishes and acne scars while giving the skin a soft glow. Good quality vitamin e oil can be hard to find in most cases. It’s pretty pricey and that’s why oils like hemp and jojoba are perfect for the skin (be careful on where you buy these oils, not all oils are created equal).
From all the research I have been doing lately, most vitamin e capsules don’t contain as much vitamin e oil as you would think. In most cases they are just a waist of money. I am so excited for Miracle glow to come out, so you can have a much better alternative to keep your skin glowing while getting higher dosages of vitamin e! I will also be using Miracle Glow in all my DIY recipes.
Vitamin E infused Body Scrub Recipe
2 cups sugar
1-2 tsps. paprika (for color)
10 vitamin e capsules or 3-5 drops miracle glow
1 cup cup oil (I used coconut)
Recipe Direction: In a medium bowl squeeze vitamin e oil capsules (or you could add ½ tbsp. vitamin e oil) into sugar. Add coconut oil and paprika to the bowl and stir until incorporated. Once completely mixed place in air tight container and use liberally.
Vitamin E infused body scrub is a blend of coconut oil for moisture and infused with vitamin e oil to decrease the appearance of those pesky blemishes.
I added paprika for color so if you don’t have any you can use a bit of cayenne or food coloring. It’s an all-natural body scrub that will keep you soft and looking young all year long.
