I am sorry I didn’t get to post my meals that I ate Saturday. I am working on the blue’s clues duo, so I am busy shipping packages. I guess it’s been pretty crazy around the house because I didn’t realize how tired Josh and I were until we woke up at 9am (normally were up at 7am on the weekends).
Josh made us breakfast and I had 2 eggs and four egg whites. And of course the go to waffle recipe (with strawberries) that you can find in my what healthy food I ate. This was a lot of eggs the goal next Sunday is too reduce my portions.
I decided to get a quick pic of Josh breakfast so you could see what large portions he eats and never gains a pound!!!
We had pieces of fruit for a snack! I wasn’t too hungry but this was a very refreshing snack. I’m looking forward to summer when all the melons get super sweet! These melons were not too sweet.
I had a mini burrito with leftover chicken from last night. I added salsa and guacamole; and had a few cups of popcorn probably 3 too many cups.
Grilled chicken salad with pickles, onions, celery and it was so good!! I didn’t measure this out but it was pretty big! I also didn’t count the calories of what I ate Sunday. This weekend may have been to many portions, but it’s a step up from last weekend!
