I can’t believe June is already here, I was looking forward to warmer weather but now I am hoping fall comes around pretty soon. I was planning to travel this summer, but savvynaturalista has taken up most of my time; I won’t be able to travel until the end of the year. I am going to be adding more body scrubs, body fragrances and creams, including videos showing you the process. With this heavy work load a girl could use a snack!
Snickerdoole cookes are definitely an all American cookie and it’s one of my favorite cookies to make. I have a few versions of snickerdoodle cookies and I know this one will not be my last! It’s a simple cookie that anyone can make and goes well with ice cream or a glass of ice cold milk (summer is kicking my but).
Single serving snickerdoodle is the perfect cookie, for one hungry person or two friends to snack on. You can make eight small cookies, four medium cookies, two large cookies or one extra-large cookie. The cookie dough will be very soft and moist, so it make get a little sticky (handle with care); make sure you don’t leave the cookies in the oven to long or they will burn. The perfect cookie to enjoy this summer
Snickerdoodle Cookie (single-serving) Recipe:
¼ cup and 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
pinch of baking soda ( I added one more)
pinch of salt
¼ tsp.cinnamon
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg white
½ tsp. corn starch
1 ½ tbsp. whipped butter, softened
3 tbsps. sugar
sugar and cinnamon mixture (in a medium bowl)
Recipe Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until foamy. Mix dry ingredients and stir into the foamy mixture until blended. scoop cookie dough into the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on baking sheet and (flatten cookie into circle shape) bake 4-10 minutes in the oven. Until the edges should be slightly brown. Remove from sheet and let cool.

Thanks so much Cailee, I know there are times when making a whole batch is not the best ideal 🙂

These look wonderful. I adore snickerdoodles and love that you made a smaller batch. That way I’m not tempted to eat more:)
