I was so excited and nervous at the same time to get my first order in! To be honest I thought it was never going to come. I have been trying to keep up with my blog, work, school, and the store. I began too second guess myself and wonder was this the right thing for me to do. When my first sale happened I screamed and realized that this is definitely what I want to do! I have a slight obsession with all things natural and care about what goes on and in the body. I know all my savvy naturalistas do as well. Thank you so much all you savvy naturals for your love and support! I know it could not be possible without you!
Besides being on cloud nine about my first sale! I was a bit of a butterfingers all week. I dropped milk, broke glass, and all those chia seeds that cost me a fortune ended up in the garbage! When I opened the freezer they went all over the floor! Things could have gotten much worse if I didn’t catch the oat bran before it came crashing out the fridge!
This story is not related to me but I want to tell it because my sister is in it. (I know you will read this soon, so don’t get mad! Love you.) Side Note: Many of you know I think I’m half Italian, have a slight obsession with Korean dramas, and if left with nothing to do I can watch court and anime shows for hours. Well my sister has been in Europe for a while; her first stop was Portugal and now she is in Italy. Before she got to Italy, she got lost on a bus in Romania because of one of her naps that she loves to take! It’s really a bad habit because she can fall asleep anywhere, and as the oldest I worry about her! Since she has been in Europe we Skype almost every day, so now that she is in Italy I want her to tell me everything about her experience! Of course I want to talk about the food, she told me about an Italian cookie that was similar to the French macaron. Well I was dying to get a recipe! So she had a nice lady try to explain to me the recipe, but the only problem I don’t speak Italian! Well after what I could get from the lady, and a lot of googling. I finally found a recipe! I made the recipe with a sugar substitute but I used too much almond flour! They were so good! I will have a healthy version (with less almond flour) of the recipe for you guys soon!!

Ohh I’m sorry about dropping things! I know the feeling! I have reusable cups and water bottles and drop/ break them way too much!! Haha! And your sister is so lucky to be in Italy!! I can’t believe that she can fall asleep anywhere! That’s so funny… but scary too! Also, I bet your cookies are delicious! Also, congrats on your sale!! So exciting!

Yay, congratulations on your first order – that’s so exciting! Sorry to hear about all the kitchen mishaps though – I have such butterfingers too and am constantly picking up things I’ve dropped or knocked over by accident too. Those cookies sound divine, can’t wait to hear more about them 🙂 Hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend 🙂
