Stevia is my least favorite sweetener! I am not saying that in a bad way it’s just you really need to stay dedicated with this sweetener. If you take any time away from using stevia it will taste like all sorts of funny flavors that I am not going to list. Now the liquid is not as bad as the powder, but if you ask me they pretty much taste the same. Stevia has no calories at all so getting use to the flavor is worth it. I usually find stevia at the grocery store, but there are a lot of online retailers who sell better versions of stevia and it’s worth giving them a try. It’s much sweeter than regular sugar so if you’re using it in your favorite cookie recipe; try using half of what the recipe calls for. If your completely sugar free you can use it with coconut sugar. I mixed the two sugars all the time and they complement each other very well.

I’ve never tried stevia, but I’ve tried something like it. I didn’t really like that, because it wasn’t natural. Is stevia natural? 🙂

I’m not that big of a fan of stevia either. Splenda is definitely my favorite. But I have had better experience with liquid stevia.
