Let’s talk black Friday did you stand in line all night waiting for good deals? I didn’t! I don’t understand how so many can sit in the cold and wait for cheap deals. I just couldn’t do it. Well instead of waiting for deals I did a lot of baking and getting ready to send gifts to family and friends. They will probably be late but at-least they made it. I started with orangecello and ended with cookies and I’m not done yet! I have something big I’m baking and hope they come out nice (I will definitely let you know). These cookies are amazing, before I could even let them cool on the cooling rack most of them were gone! Big, chewy, and irresistible these cookies are a perfect way to start your holiday baking.

Stir in chocolate chips and pecan pieces until they are incorporated in the dough (you may half to use your hands for this step the dough is thick). Drop tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, transfer to a rack and cool completely.
