I know the heat is not going to let up anytime soon, so most of my meals I have been cooking early in the morning and on the weekends. This never leaves me time photograph anything special. Smoothies make great deserts, snacks, and meals; I have been inspired to create smoothie recipes lately by a board I follow on pintrest called the Smoothie Diet. I love this board because the smoothies are mouthwatering and endless.
I was so inspired by this board I decided to create my own pintrest board dedicated to Smoothies; I am not as “active”, I guess I am obsessed with looking at pins more than I am with repining pins. I sometimes think I am playing Bingo while on pintrest. I look, look, refresh, and look some more until I find that “Pin”. In my head I am yelling Bingo!!! That’s the Pin!! I know I am not alone but I also like to comment on pins. I often feel as if I am talking to myself, some people can be very rude but I enjoy all the commens on pins especially at night (more interaction). I love a good smoothie especially one that makes a refreshing snack. Smoothies can be great for any diet plan. Blueberry Lemonade Smoothie Recipe:
2 cups blueberries
4 cups ice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 packets nunatrals stevia
Blueberry Lemonade Smoothie Instructions: Blend all in the food processor and serve in ice cold glasses and enjoy.
