While making these rice cakes, I kept singing: Red, White, and Blue a boy kissed you, took you to the movies and well let’s just say the words after that were never to be said when I was in school. I am still singing the song in my head, I guess it will be stuck in my head for a while; I will get to the recipe before I sing the rest of those unmentionable words to the song.
Oh it is about to go down
It took all my strength to cut into this chocolate
I put in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Once the chocolate is smashed with the spoon put in the microwave for 30 seconds until smooth
Smear chocolate onto the rice cakes
Two down a few more to go
Time to decorate

Let them dry on a cooling rack for about 20 minutes. If you live in AZ, don’t even bother letting them sit out and dry you might ass well put them in the fridge to dry.
Now its time to eat

I used 5 plain rice cakes for three cubes of melted chocolate; I did not measure the chocolate are count the M&M’S when I made them. I had that darn song stuck in my head and one thing lead to another and I was done. I hope the pictures are enough, if not and you have any questions let me know.
