I know portion control but I have been having trouble with it lately, so this weekend and next week I am going to try to work on the amounts of food I eat. Since I have stated what I ate February I have notice that my portions are extremely huge on certain foods( oatmeal), that now it is time watch how much I eat instead of what I eat.

Hi there. I was just wondering if you could share a bit on how you’re composing your diet. I don’t really see much protein intake and am wondering why that is? Also, what are you taking in for calories and macros?

I take in about 1600-1800 calories and I have a hard time eating animals because of the sustainability of the food source, so I rarely buy meat at the grocery store and I am due for a trip to the farmers market.. 🙂
