For the past two weeks I have been doing Interval training and I find it to be very difficult, but I notice a reduction in the cellulite I do have since I started; I know it can be very difficult but I am getting better every time I give it a go. I am so excited to eat oatmeal again and what could be better than a big bowl of chocolate granola to feel me up bright and early in the morning. Time is moving so fast and soon we will begin the New Year are you guys ready? What goals do you have in mind that you would love to accomplish in 2013? I will have my list ready to go as soon as it is done.

That looks delicious! Do you find yourself craving chocolate later in the day if you have chocolate in your breakfast?

I do sometimes it depends on the day honestly if I have a bad day I do but I doubt I will crave it today.. Do you crave it later in the day??

I’ve just started eating oatmeal again because it’s so much more of a winter breakfast, and I’ve got to say I’m really enjoying it! I also cut up a banana and put it on top after I’ve mixed it with some cinnamon sugar or pumpkin pie spice.
I’d like to finally finish my weight loss in 2013. Ideally I’d like to lose another 15-20 pounds so hopefully I can make it happen!

I so agree I am 6 pounds away from being out of the 2’s so I am hoping they leave by the end of this year but it is like the scale won’t budge…
