The best thing about eating carbs again is the oatmeal I get to gobble down in the morning; I never knew oatmeal could taste so good. I must tell you it was the best oatmeal I have had in a week(exaggerating). Low carb challenges are very difficult and I admire those who can make it into a permanent lifestyle. I know it is not for me but I like a good challenge to keep me on my toes and if it burns fat I am up for it(green tea anyone). The week after is the next low carb challenge we half to burn all that fat and calories from are Thanksgiving feast. Who is with me!!!!
