This smoothie was very sweet and no sugar added; it was like sipping on a creamy milk shake. I have been really having fun using simple ingredients to make a healthy breakfast in just minutes. I am also now addicted to fruit and have been having weird cravings for celery. I am officially a smoothie lover I am going to miss this challenge when it is over, but I will incorporate more smoothies into my diet. Today I used 2 bananas, 1 cup pineapple, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
