This Smoothie was sweet and a perfect way to start a fall day. Japanese sweet potatoes only come in to the market around this year and they are much sweeter then a yam or regular sweet potato. I used one small Japanese sweet potato that was baked, one banana, one cup of hemp milk, and a pinch of cinnamon. I put pecans on top for toppings tasted just like a pie.
