Smoothie challenge day 11 and I am not tired yet, when you have so many varieties and flavors to add to your smoothies you can never ever get tired. Today I used 1 cup apple sauce, ½ cup oatmeal, 1 cup hemp milk. What a great morning pick up.
Weekends are so hard for me to watch my portions. The scale has stop moving because of my weekend hiatus. I guess I am considering it more of a job you work during the week and take off on the weekends. I know it’s a life style change so I am going to half to find a way to weekend portion control.

Weekends ARE tough..even when staying on plan! One trip out for food guarantees a one pound up on Monday. Makes you wonder what they put in our GOOD food when out. Hhhmm
