Today is day 6 of my smoothie challenge and this smoothie taste like a fruity milk shake I really enjoyed the burst of flavors and the smooth creamy taste. I used 1 cup of raspberries, 1 banana, ¼ of cooked oats, and 1/ cup of vanilla almond milk.
This morning I decided to set some workout goals thanks to ichoosetolivestronger, she wrote a very motivating post about setting goals and being accountable for them. I never really thought about setting goals I was mainly going with the flow and hoping to eventually see changes. There is nothing wrong with going with the flow, but I think it’s time to make my journey more challenging, interesting, and fun! I want to start small so I am going to do a flexibility challenge. I cannot touch my toes without bending my knees so by the end of October I would like to be able to touch my toes and my knees are straight. This will also help since I have been slacking when it comes to stretching… Do you guys have goals that you are setting?
