I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend! Today my smoothie challenge is back on since I am using my immersion blender to make my smoothies. Thanks to this baby the 30 day smoothie challenge is back on and we are at day 5 oh yeah! My warm banana smoothie had 2 bananas, ¼ cup and 2 tablespoons of cooked rolled oats, and ½ cup of vanilla almond milk. I must say that I miss my smoothies I am hooked no more over thinking breakfast!
Today is October 1st has anyone started getting ready for fall yet? I know I have not I am still hooked on summer I think it maybe the weather that’s making me hooked. In Phoenix we are still seeing temperatures at 103 degrees gosh summer will not leave us at all. The grocery stores have not let up on summer either I am still seeing raspberries, strawberries, plums, and cantaloupe; although the transition has begun I have not picked up one apple, pumpkin, or spaghetti squash… I am grabbing raspberries, plums, and strawberries I am milking summer as much as I can, soon summer fruit it will be all gone and I will miss it so much. I am just going to enjoy summer until the fat lady sings!!

My system can’t deal with double banana, but I will try it with just one and reduce the liquid. Sounds tasty! I’ve been lazy tonight and neglected to do my extra cardio.
