Today Smoothie Challenge, Was a smoothie in a bowl I used two chop carrots, 1tbsp of flax seed, ½ cup of oatmeal, and one banana. I used my handy dandy food processor but lately I am thinking maybe I need a blender to get a creamier look… My smoothies in a bowl are looking more like a thick porridge. I also had a piece of toast and an egg for my breakfast. I am not getting enough calories so I am trying to get as much as I can in the morning..

I liked it! I added cinnamon it tasted like cream of wheat to me without any sweetener.. 🙂 blend the carrots up really well..

Sounds good, i change the flax seed to chia seeds…vegie and fruit smoothies have help me loose a couple hundred lbs…i never thought abought putting oatmeal in my smoothies…keep up the good work

they don’t change the way food taste…but will thicken up the smoothie or whatever you use it in…read up its benefits….and thank you
