Today workout was interval training for about 16 minutes what a killer. I was“ so excited to get done and start my smoothie. I am so obsessed with smoothies so I decided to have another one today. It’s just a quick way to start the day off right.
I put my smoothie in a jar today. I like the jar better than the bowl because I can use a straw making it a lot easier to go down. I am excited with all the goodies that can be added to my smoothies. Today I added 1 plum, 1 nectarine, 1 banana, ¼ cup of oatmeal, and 1 tbsp. of ground flax seeds. I can honestly say this is the easiest way to get all your fruits in for the day guilt free.
