I seem to be having weird craving yesterday and today. Yesterday I wanted something sweet to eat, which finally turned into me craving something salty and sour. I could not find anything salty or sour that I wanted to make so I decided to wait it out and see if it would go away. However I am still having weird cravings this morning I wanted something crunchy and warm yet I canโt eat both. I wanted to eat granola and I wanted to eat oatmeal. I came to the realization that I should just sprinkle granola on top of my oatmeal. It was the best of both worlds sweet, warm and crunchy.
Have any of you ever tried Granola on your oatmeal..?
Workout Bust: I had intentions of working out today but after a 30 second plank and 6 up down planks. I decided to call it quits. Do any of you have days when you do want to workout, but you just can’t get into the groove…

Yes I have! What has worked for me is to actually schedule the days and times I WILL go to the gym for strength training. I never miss now. It’s an appointment with myself. Now as for my off days…getting in the cardio is where my huge challenge falls. It is HARD for me. Perhaps I should schedule that with myself, too!
