It’s all about green today, if you’re into eating lots of greens and need some ideals try roasted sesame edamame. They are full of flavor. You will become addicted to eating these babies.
I have been eating a lot of sesame seeds lately. I’m addicted to the nutty flavor, that I have been putting them on almost everything. I guess you can say those little seeds go well with almost any treat.
Lean Roasted Sesame Edamame Recipe:
(12 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsps. sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the edamame into a colander and rinse under warm water to thaw. Drain. Spread edamame onto baking dish. Drizzle with sesame seed oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and season with salt and pepper. Toss until combined. Bake in the oven until golden, about 15 minutes.
